Gagarin Residence Apartments

Apartments in the residential complex Gagarin Residence for a young family with a child. We purchased two apartments, which we connected together, and since these are apartments, we had the opportunity to swap the kitchen, bathrooms, rearrange, move the common space. On 200 sq.m. we organized a kitchen-living room with a dressing room, an entrance hall, a guest bathroom, a master bedroom with a private dressing room and a bathroom, two children's rooms, a laundry room, a children's bathroom and three balconies with a beautiful view. The interior is made in a modern style, without kitsch, quite restrained and luxurious. A smart home system, ventilation, air humidification are installed. All rooms are designed in a strict, restrained color scheme: gray, pale beige. Only in the children's rooms did we introduce color, but not cloyingly bright, and relevant for the long term.
