Apartment on Lake GARDA

The house, or rather the huge two-level apartment of 600 square meters on Lake Garda in Italy, was designed by us. Two floors: on the first floor there are living spaces: a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with panoramic views of the lake and the mountains, three children’s bedrooms with private bathrooms, a master bedroom with a dressing room and a bathroom. In the basement there is a spa area, a wine room, an office, a gym and an exit to an outdoor pool. Work on the project was carried out remotely: from the measurements provided by the developer to the implementation. The customers, a couple with four grown-up children, chose this place not for permanent residence, they travel a lot and often visit Italy, this place is one of their homes. Their wishes were to see a luxurious interior with Italian furniture. The interior is unusual, bright, focused on the views and panoramas of Garda.
